• Operational data — telemetry events, anomaly logs, demand metrics submitted through the platform

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, maintain, and improve the Splocket Pulse platform
• Process workforce scheduling and time-and-attendance operations
• Send push notifications for shift offers, schedule updates, and operational alerts
• Generate reports, forecasts, and AI-powered insights for your organization
• Detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and security incidents
• Respond to support requests and communicate with you about your account

4. AI Processing

Splocket Pulse uses Claude (Anthropic) to generate schedule recommendations, demand forecasts, anomaly interpretations, and executive report summaries. Operational data submitted to the platform may be processed by Claude to generate these outputs. We do not use your data to train AI models.

AI-generated outputs are recommendations only. Human managers retain full control over all scheduling and workforce decisions.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with:

• Service providers — Supabase (database), Anthropic (AI), Resend (email), Vercel (hosting)
• Your organization — managers and administrators within your workspace can access workforce data for their team
• Law enforcement — when required by applicable law or to protect our rights

6. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. Operational logs and telemetry data are retained for up to 24 months for reporting and forecasting purposes. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.

7. Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including row-level security on all database tables, encrypted data transmission (TLS), and role-based access control. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

8. Your Rights
