Common questions
Do I need a credit card to start the trial?
Yes. We require a card to start your 14-day trial so the transition to paid is seamless. You won't be charged until the trial ends and you can cancel anytime before then.
What happens if I go over my worker limit?
You'll get a warning when you're 5 workers away from your cap. You can purchase a one-time add-on block of 25 workers before being required to upgrade to the next tier.
Can I switch between monthly and annual billing?
Yes. You can switch at any time through the billing portal. Switching to annual will apply the discount from your next billing cycle.
What counts as a "worker"?
Any active user with the worker role in your workspace. Managers, admins, and schedulers do not count toward your worker cap.
Is my workforce data used to train AI models?
No. Your data is never used to train Anthropic's models or any other AI system. See our Privacy Policy for details.
How does Enterprise billing work?
